  • Where is my order? We are a small company, and work hard to ship orders in a timely manner. When your order ships you will get an email with a tracking code. We ship most orders via USPS and ALWAYS with a tracking code. If there are shipping delays, we try and post such announcements on our social media and site blog. We pack orders on Tues, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.

  • Do you make custom kimono? No, our selection of kimono is typically pre-made vintage.

  • Need an order fast? Check out has rush shipping options to help you meet your needs.

  • There is something wrong with my order, help! Let us know ASAP as to what has gone wrong with your order and we will make it right :)

  • Do you ship internationally? Yes, we offer global shipping. We do not offer FREE international shipping.

  • How long does it take for orders to ship? Most orders are 3 to 7 business days for handling and 2 to 3 days for non-rush shipping. Delays sometimes happen due to our show schedule, and federal holidays that close the postal service. We do not ship on weekends, or federal holidays.

  • How often do you add new Japanese kimono to the online store? Weekly, we try and post 20 new things a week, sometimes even more.

  • Are your kimono authentic? Yes, we only offer authentic kimono, haori, obi, and more sourced directly from Japan.

  • What do you recommend for a first-time kimono? Yukata are great kimono for beginners.
