This elegant vintage silk haori is black with a white and pink shibori flower design. Haori are coats worn atop of Japanese kimono, as an added layer of warmth and some protection from the elements. Haori are not designed to close in the front, and hang open. The shibori on this haori is most likely authentic.
 
If a haori came to us with its haori himo attached, we leave them in place. 
 
Haori Condition: B-, gently used vintage with various scuff discolorations that might be possible to clean.  Might have other minor flaws that have no serious impact on wear or presentation.
