This bold red obiage has a shibori design that includes bamboo leaves and plum blossoms. Obiage are used to wrap a makura, which is an accessory for wearing women's obi such as nagoya, fukuro, and maru obi.  Japanese kimono and obi require additional accessories to be worn in a manner that respects traditional culture.
