This beautiful older nagoya obi is an older style with a woven design of tiles with botanical accents that includes colorful flowers. This obi is typically worn using a makura, obiage, obijime, and obi-ita. Obi do not hold a kimono on a person's body. Himo hold kimono on a person and are sold in the kimono accessories section of our store. 
 
There is metallic silver embroidery on this obi, which might be real silver thread.
 
Obi Condition: B, this gently used vintage obi is in ready-to-wear condition with some minor flaws in the form of some snags and small scattered discolorations. Other minor flaws may be present but will have no serious impact on wear or presentation.
