This delightful informal women's obi is in the style of chuya and is solid black on side side, while the other side is earthy brown and white color with a knotted obi design. This kind of obi is considered more informal attire. Kimono do not hold a kimono on a body, and are decorative in nature. The design on this obi is one of two things: men's obi ties, or  most likely they are fortune telling papers, which sometimes are also notes sent to lovers.
