This beautiful women's obiage is light weight summer wear and has orange and plum purple circles with shibori.  Obiage are used to wrap a makura, which is an accessory for wearing women's obi such as nagoya, fukuro, and maru obi.  Japanese kimono and obi require additional accessories to be worn in a manner that respects traditional culture. This obiage is a light weight gueuze style, for summer wear.
