This elegant vintage formal women's obi is a pumpkin orange with a bold ornate design in white, and metallic gold colored pattern with botanical accents.  This kind of obi is considered formal women's attire and would commonly be worn with more formal kimono such as furisode, or tomesode. Obi do not hold a kimono on a body, and are decorative in nature.
