This elegant vintage formal women's obi is sandy brown with metallic gold accents and a chrysanthemum flower design.  This kind of obi is considered formal women's attire and would commonly be worn with more formal kimono such as furisode, or tomesode. Obi do not hold a kimono on a body, and are decorative in nature.
 
This item comes with its Japanese tags, and originally cost over $100.
 
Obi Condition: B+, with tags, gently used vintage with minor flaws in the form of subtle faint marks on the end which are not obvious when worn. There may be other minor flaws as well.
