Delightful butterflies in flight among the clouds are scattered about this vintage women's yukata. The yukata's main color is a darker navy blue, in the traditional more retro style. The butterflies and clouds are imitation shibori and have a white and sunshine yellow color shift that creates a delightful pop of color against the darker background. Yukata are informal kimono types and are ideal for anyone new to wearing kimono.
The kind of obi worn with yukata are typically hanhaba obi. Hanhaba can be worn with only an obi-ita, and do not require as many kimono dressing accessories as other more formal kimono types.

Kimono require a variety of additional parts to wear in a traditional manner that observes Japanese customs. This list is a minimum baseline for what accessories we recommend you own for wearing your yukata. Without critical accessories such as koshihimo a kimono will not have a flattering or graceful look when worn. Because yukata are informal attire for when the weather is hot, they do not require as many parts to wear.
- Recommended additional parts: 2 Koshihimo, 1 obi-ita, 1 hanhaba obi
