A striking white overall botanical design covers this dark blue women's yukata. This yukata is vintage and made from cotton, which makes it easier to care for. Dark blue yukata are considered more of a retro style, and are favored by many who enjoy more of a classical look and style when wearing their yukata. Cotton yukata are also popular as casual lounge attire.

The kind of obi worn with yukata are typically hanhaba obi. Hanhaba can be worn with only an obi-ita, and do not require as many kimono dressing accessories as other more formal kimono types.

Each and every single yukata we import is individually inspected and checked to ensure authenticity and quality. In addition to yukata, we also offer a selection of kitsuke dressing accessories.  Of the many different kinds of Japanese kimono that exist, yukata are regarded as some of the most fun and it is socially acceptable to enjoy more flash designs and colors with them. Because yukata are worn during hot weather in Japan, yukata will always be made from comfortable lightweight cotton which is often also machine washable.
