This elegant vintage fukuro obi is white and metallic silver color with a landscape style design that includes a traditional building, plum blossoms, bamboo, peony, and maple leaves. On the back of the obi, it is solid white with silvery sparkles. This kind of obi is considered a formal style, and required a variety of additional accessories such as a makura to be worn with kimono.  This obi would most typically be worn as wedding attire.
