This vintage hanhaba obi features a yellow and red checkered design. The checkers on one side are outlines in a thin golden line. Hanhaba obi are most commonly worn with yukata, and are considered female attire. Unlike more formal types of obi hanhaba do not require any accessories such as a makura, or an obi-age to wear traditionally.
