This weekend we are excited to return to one of by far one of our favorite all time festivals in the USA, the Japanese Summer Festival at the Anderson Japanese Gardens in Rockford, Illinois. Just a stones throw outside of Chicago, these world renown Japanese gardens host a once a year festival that attracts visitors from around the world, as well as a good many performers and artists from Japan. Our pop-up kimono boutique will have a lovely selection of Japanese kimono including yukata, haori, tabi socks, and more.
Admission is very affordable, and parking is free. Even better this weekend we are expecting great weather. So come out and join us for a day packed full of thunderous taiko, refined tea ceremony, bonsai, ikebana, and more!
