Over the years some of you have met my mother. She would delight in attending conventions and festivals, often gleefully seeking out Disney cosplayers for a photo. Though she did not actually work the kimono booth, she often was around for moral support and to be as a travel companion. After years of battling stage 4 ovarian cancer, my mother is finally at rest. She passed peacefully June 20th at home in the loving care of my dad, sister, and I. A funeral is planned for July 4th. At this time I need time to myself and thank you all for understanding during this difficult time. The online store will continue to remain open, and when possible I will try and process online kimono orders.

This photo is of the both of us at the Fort Wayne, Indiana Cherry Blossom Festival. It was her first show after she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer.
