It's time for our favorite challenge of the year! KimoNovember is a global challenge in which participants dress in kimono daily! Anyone can take part in KimoNovember - all you need to do is put on your kimono or haori and toss yourself out onto social media somewhere with the hastag #KimoNovember
So far this month we have had a nice number of our kimono customers take part in this, and the delightful display of their kimono style is ever-evolving. So pull out your favorite kimono, obi, haori, and juban and use this as the perfect excuse to practice your kimono kitsuke and share your passion for Japanese kimono with the world! If you are one of our customers and are wearing a purchased kimono or another item from us in the photo please be certain to tag us so we can share some love with you. "My first submission for #KimoNovember is a bit sloppy because I’m still learning how to wear more than just yukata. It’s my first time trying a juban and lined kimono.
